1% Net Listing Fee & Buyers Representation Disclosures:
1. Seller & Buyer 1% Net Listing Fee Program:Any Seller & Buyer who signs a mutually agreed Listing Agreement and a Buyers Representation Agreement with The Listing Pros Team, shall be eligible for the Net Listing Fee of 1% paid at Closing to The Listing Pros Team. Buyers Rep Agent Fee Not Included. Seller shall pay to Buyers Rep Agent/Broker the agreed Buyers Rep Agency fee for sale of existing listed home. A Minimum Net Listing Fee does apply. The 1% Net Listing fee shall be increased by 1.5% more in the event the buyer is not represented by a Realtor. 1% Net Listing Fee Available only if You also buy a home with a The Listing Pros Team - Premier Agent. In the event Seller only wants to Sell and not Buy using The Listing Pros Team as Buyers Rep, the Net Listing Fee will be a discounted fee of only 2.5%
2. Minimum Net Listing Fee: A Minimum of $3000 Net Listing Fee shall be paid to The Listing Pros Team. Seller fully agrees to pay The Listing Pros Team the Greater of 1% Net Listing Fee or $3000 minimum fee upon funded closings. Other Terms & Conditions may apply.
3. Buyers Representation for New Home Purchase: As noted herein, Seller must also buy a new build or existing built home with The Listing Pros Team in order to be eligible for the 1% Net Listing Fee Sell & Buy Program. Seller fully agrees to execute a Buyers Representation Agreement with The Listing Pros Team when signing a Listing Agreement. Seller also agrees to pay 1.5% to the Listing Pros Team at closing for Sellers existing home. Upon closing on purchase of new home The Listing Pros Team shall rebate the .5% back at Buyers Rep closing for closing cost. This New Purchase home must be closed & funded no later than 60 days after the close & funding of Sellers existing listed home that qualified for the 1% Net Listing Fee. Buyers Representation for Seller to buy a New or Existing Home shall be free of charge to Buyer as the Seller of New Home usually shall pay the commission at most closings.
